  • Delays caused due to site conditions, third-party approvals, weather, or force majeure events shall not be the responsibility of J.J. Technocrats.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule mentioned in the work order or contract.
  • Delayed payments may lead to suspension of work until dues are cleared.
  • All applicable taxes including GST will be charged as per government norms.

6. Quality & Warranty

  • We commit to delivering quality workmanship as per industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Warranty, if any, shall be limited to the scope and duration mentioned in the contract or product manufacturer warranty terms.
  • Damages caused due to misuse, neglect, structural movement, or external factors are not covered under warranty.

7. Safety & Site Responsibility

  • J.J. Technocrats follows standard safety practices during execution.
  • The client shall ensure safe access to the site and availability of basic utilities such as water and electricity unless otherwise agreed.
  • The company shall not be responsible for damages arising due to unsafe site conditions beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, text, images, logos, designs, and documents on this website are the intellectual property of J.J. Technocrats.
